Implementation Planning

Adaptation and Implementation Planning are a key to being able to adapt and/or mitigate the effects of our changing climate.  Often our clients begin from a place where they are overwhelmed with the tasks required.

At CIPS, our team members understand this.  We understand the importance of ensuring that plans are developed to be relatable and realistic for the community.  Plans must also take into consideration the community needs, priorities, capacity, resources, culture and traditional values.

The framework in which we support our clients ensures that the plans are rooted in community engagement and participation.  The desired end result is a community that is empowered and involved in being pro-active rather than reactive to climate affects.
